The revised AFL 21-28.2 letter extends the deadline for health care personnel (HCP) to be up to date with vaccinations and receive boosters from February 1, 2022, to March 1, 2022. The new letter also notifies facilities of the January 25, 2022, Public Health Order, compared to the December 22, 2021, order mentioned in the original letter. The rest of the requirements, including twice-weekly COVID-19 testing for unvaccinated exempt HCP and booster-eligible HCP who have not yet received their booster, remain the same.
