AFL 22-06 Application period for PNW and WSW
CPDH has announced that SNFs can request a Patient Needs Waiver (PNW) and a Workforce Shortage Waiver (WSW) for FY 2022-2023 (7/1/22-6/30/23), which closes 4/1/2022. CDPH will not accept applications after 4/1. Access the new online application portal riskandsafety.com, as described in AFL 22-01. If a SNF anticipates submitting a PNW or WSW application, first register using the new platform.
