The Residential Technical Support Program TSP) will integrated into the Adult and Senior Care Program in February. Communities can access technical support services by contacting either your LPA or Regional Office.

The TSP is a non-enforcement program that provides services and products to help meet licensing requirements and stay in compliance:

· Pressure Injuries

· Medication Guide for RCFE

· Monthly Care Fee Increase Meeting Guide for CCRC

· RCFE Self-Assessment Guide

· Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement (CARE) Tools · Resources for Senior Care Providers

· The TSP also offers webinars on topics of interest to RCFEs. Technicalsupportprogram@dss.ca.gov
