AFL 22-12
Has proposed updates to regulatory references in Title 22 of the CCR, which cite health care standards of practice adopted by a recognized state or national association.
Per HSC section 1275, CDPH has posted its proposed updates for immediate public comment and consideration through 8/9/2022, with comments due by 9/9/2022.

72335 Dietetic Service — Food Service
Instead of Recommended Dietary Allowances, refers to Dietary Reference Intakes: The Essential Guide to Nutrient Requirements” (2006) by NRC, NAS, IOM
72639 Air Filters
In addition to description of filters originally installed, adds efficiency rating according to “Standard 52.2-2017 Method of Testing General Ventilation Air-Cleaning Devices for Removal Efficiency by Particle Size” (2017) by ASHRAE
72649 Gases for Medical Use
Test piped oxygen or nitrous oxide system(s) in accordance with “NFPA 99 HCFC” (2012) by NFPA
It also has updates for General Acute Care Hospitals; Auto Psychiatric Hospitals; Intermediate Care Facilities, ICF DD, Psychiatric Health Facilities, Adult Day Health Centers, Chemical Dependency Recovery Hospital Licensing Regulations, Correctional Treatment Centers
