The tool will be deployed in phases by district office. Facility-authorized users can access their Statements of Deficiencies and submit their plans of correction (POCs) using the RSS website. Facilities not already enrolled in RSS will receive an email invitation to create an account. Authorized users can access resources such as instructions and tutorial videos on the CDPH website.
