CDPH has posted the FY 2024-2025 (7/1-6/30) license renewal fee schedule to the CDPH, CHCQ, L&C health care facility licensing fees webpage.
CHCQ sends license renewal notices and license renewal applications (LRA)to the licensee 45-120 days before the expiration date. Existing information is automatically populated into the LRA from the ELMS. If any changes are needed, complete and submit the application packet to the CAB.
The facility is responsible to obtain a renewal notice, also available by contacting the CHCQ RCU at rcollection@cdph.ca.gov
Use a mailing method that allows tracking the status of mailed payments, allowing 4-6 weeks for license processing.
CHCQ imposes late payment penalties for delinquent license renewal fees, based on the postmark date – there is no grace period. CDPH pay offset any moneys owed to the licensee by Medi-Cal to recoup fees and penalties.
