Announces the availability of the Centralized Complaint and Information Bureau (CCIB) webpage, which offers a way to file a complaint directly on the CCLD website: https://cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/ccld-complaint-hotline
Complaints filed on the web page will be processed and sent to the local licensing office for investigation. CCIB continues to accept complaints by telephone, email, fax and US mail.

The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) has issued a new Provider Information Notice (PIN 22-13-CCLD) announcing the availability of the Community Care Licensing Complaint Web Page. This new web page allows individuals to file a complaint directly on the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) website. Adult and Senior Care Licensees are required to post and distribute this PIN in their facilities to ensure easy access for persons in care, staff, and families. The CCLD Centralized Complaint and Information Bureau (CCIB) will process complaints submitted through the web page and forward them to the local licensing office for investigation. Complainants are encouraged to provide detailed information for a thorough investigation. The CCIB will continue to accept complaints via telephone, email, fax, and mail.
