CDPH, CHCQ has released the FY 23 Health Care Facility License Fee Schedule, with the renewal fees as approved by the Governor effective 7/1/22.

CDPH, CHCQ will send renewal notices and applications to the facility 45-120 days prior to the license expiration date. It is the facility’s responsibility to obtain a renewal notice, if not received prior to the license expiration date. Revenue Collection Unit (RCU) at RCollection@cdph.ca.gov, or by telephone at (800) 236-9747.

CHCQ will impose late payment penalties if delinquent in paying license renewal fees (using postmark date). There is no grace period.

The license renewal application has been updated. Existing information is automatically populated from the ELMS. If any changes are needed, complete and submit the packed to the CAB.

CDPH strongly recommends using a mailing method with the ability to track the status of mailed payments and to allow 4-6 weeks for license processing.
